Accessing Citizenship
Access to Dual Citizenship in Grenada is Easy and Affordable
There are essentially three ways an individual can become a citizen of Grenada through the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Programme. The two popular avenues include a donation to the Government’s National Transformation Fund or a full-fledged investment in a Government approved project
Grenada has established a National Transformation Fund that finances capital investments within the Tri-island state. To become a citizen, an individual is allowed to contribute a minimum value of $150k plus fees and disbursements. This contribution is a non-recoverable expense that is only expected to be paid in full following an official approval notice from the Government.
Costs associated with the Donation option.
Donation – Single applicant | $150,000 |
Donation – Main applicant and up to three dependents, not including siblings or parents/grandparents 55 years old or younger | $200,000 |

Grenada affords individuals the potential to recover a significant portion of their citizenship investment at the end of a five-year term by investing in government approved project investment (real estate). These projects include five-star resorts and cottages that either offer an investment in freehold real estate or in shares.
